HistoryAmerican Chibi is fairly new on the scene, and so far we don't know much. She acts like an overly exuberant, giddy teenager, but we don't even know if she's human. She thwarted the Iron Legion in 2013 who were out to steal a Roman amphora whose patterns were secretly encoded with alien technology. That same day, she was the first Astro City hero to notice Telseth's doorway, which she promptly tried to charge through, albeit unsuccessfully. She, various other superheroes, and E.A.G.L.E. agents investigated the inexplicable phenomenon and were on hand to witness Telseth's arrival on Earth. ("Through Open Doors (Part One)") PowersShe possesses flight and super-strength.
