Resistor Fear generates many unpleasant side effects. Hate, genocide, xenophobia, homophobia, war. A counter force emerges and good people rise above and resist the hate mongers. An interesting side effect of that resistance manifests a new entity, appropriately called the Resistor. His, or her(depending on who is first transformed) power strengthens as more people embrace the better angels within them.
