A villain who created the robot Retri-B.U.T.I.O.N. and killed by the Street Angel in 1988.

Even after his death, he managed to cause problems, when Retri-B.U.T.I.O.N. tore through Astro City in 2004. It had been lying dormant in one of his secret lairs when construction workers stumbled upon and accidentally woke it. [edit] Vitals
