For all intents and purposes they were formed or were forming in the first Astra special. Skysweeper had several members already lined up and several potential names.

On Spoiler Alerts, I forgot. Only use them for the two or three characters who are actually central to the story. I didn't get what you were trying to explain on the Mrs Bannerjee page about suppressing them? --Astrozac (talk) 23:28, 18 August 2014 (PDT)
